If you are a consumer who wants to dispute the accuracy or completeness of information contained in a consumer report prepared by SI, please contact Carole Scherzer at 866.723.2287, via email at cscherzer@scherzer.com or by postal mail at the address noted above, indicating which part(s) of the report you are contesting, the reasons you believe the information is incorrect or incomplete, and any other information you deem relevant to your dispute. We will promptly investigate your dispute and, in most cases, advise you of the results within 30 days of receipt.

If you know or believe that SI has prepared an employment-purpose consumer report on you, and you would like to receive a free copy of the report or your consumer file from SI, please contact Carole Scherzer, using the contact options noted above.

In order to protect your personal information, SI must take reasonable measures to confirm your identity. You will need to provide your full legal name, social security number, date of birth, driver’s license information, the name of the employer who requested the consumer report and the approximate date of the report, along with your daytime phone, email and current address. All applicable information will be mailed to the address that SI has on file for you. If your address has changed, you will need to provide a copy of your driver’s license showing the new address and a utility bill with your name and current address.
